The award winners of the first ever Body Confidence Awards were announced yesterday evening at the Houses of Parliament. Thanks to the generosity of a valued long term member of the Central YMCA Club, a bursary fund has been established to provide free training opportunities for young people and volunteers. The Basil Scott Training Bursary offers successful applicants access to YMCAfit training and qualifications up to the value of £10,000 per annum. WorldSkills London 2011, the largest ever international skills competition and careers event has drawn to a close.
